The issue was determined to be a failed router which has been replaced by our network provider. All connectivity has been restored. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this incident and we appreciate your patience.

Our upstream network provider in Chicago is reporting an outage that is impacting connectivity. They are currently working on a solution and we will post an update when we hear more.
